Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract until fully combined.

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just incorporated. Avoid overmixing.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the dough.
  • Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown while the centers remain soft.
  • Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
