Ingredients
  

Garlic Butter Shrimp

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  • Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  • Pour lemon juice over the cooked shrimp and stir gently to combine.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
  • Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
