Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Carefully cut the lobster tails down the middle using kitchen shears, exposing the meat but leaving it attached at the end.
In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and pour the creamy garlic butter sauce over the meat.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the lobster is cooked through and opaque.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For an extra touch of flavor, serve with garlic bread and a fresh garden salad. Pair with a chilled white wine or sparkling water with lemon.
