Ingredients
  

fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

  • 2 lobster tails

Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Carefully cut the lobster tails down the middle using kitchen shears, exposing the meat but leaving it attached at the end.
  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and pour the creamy garlic butter sauce over the meat.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until the lobster is cooked through and opaque.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For an extra touch of flavor, serve with garlic bread and a fresh garden salad. Pair with a chilled white wine or sparkling water with lemon.
