Ingredients
Puff Pastry

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to prepare for baking the puff pastry.
Roll out the puff pastry thinly and cut it into rectangular pieces for the layers of your Mille-Feuille.
Place the pastry rectangles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Prick the pastry with a fork to prevent it from puffing too much during baking.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and corn starch until soft peaks form.
Place one layer of pastry on a serving plate and spread a layer of whipped cream on top.
Repeat the process with another layer of pastry, adding more whipped cream, and finish with a final pastry layer.
Dust the top layer with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh berries for a beautiful presentation.
Notes
For an extra touch, you can drizzle melted chocolate on top or use a traditional pastry cream instead of whipped cream for a richer taste.
